Healthy Protein Brownies Recipe

These  healthy protein brownies are delicious, and also a ideal substitution for the junk option! Fast to prepare as well as loaded with fibers!

Backing Instruction

Ingredients brownie mix:

  • 3 Big Eggs
  • 2 Scoops (60g) Chocolate-Protein-Powder
  • 1/4 Cup (64g) Non sweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Sweetener
  • 15.5 Ounces (439g) Low Sodium Black Beans
  • 1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled-Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons (28g) Coconut-Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Premium Vanilla-Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder Mix

Ingredients Topping Mix:

  • 1/4 Cup (64g) Non sweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Premium Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sweetener
  • 8 Ounces (226g) Fat Free Creamy Cheese
  • 2 Servings (58g) Oreo-Minis

Suggestion: Should you not love Oreo-Minis then use a protein chocolate bar!
