Now we like to move forward. We are now in need for more quality blog posts related to:

Fitness, Workouts, Nutrition, Recips, Exercises

Requirements:

  • Minimum 400 -800 words article.
  • At least 1 Image (Size minimum 900px wide, 500 height, anyway we make it fit)
  • Article must be copyscape save, original and never been posted on any other website
  • Your links must be have a save destination ( no sex, porn , popups and so on)
  • Proper Author information. What you do , What you like etc Social links

You get:

  • 1 Link dofollow (real domains, NO url shortner, Affilate links, etc) Your links must have a save destination ( no sex, porn , popups and so on, autodownloaders)
  • Your article will stay on our blog as long as you don’t change the destination of your link
  • Post will be on front page until its moved down by other posts
  • We post your article on our Facebook Page and as well as Groups, if we think it is suitable
  • Twitter Stream and Google plus as well, again only if we think its suitable
  • Author note with link to your social profiles and website

We like to build a good relationship to our bloggers.
So do not mess it up with submitting useless spam content!
